6. i don't care if your site's the most beautiful site out there, or if it's a newbie site. i'd like to affiliate with all kinds of graphics sites, those with experience and natural talent, as well as those that are new to the web-designing community but show a flame of potential within them. so don't get discouraged if you think your site's inferior or something o_o' i'm not picky like that.
